On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious parking area and a shared playground, as well as a private terrace with a dining table and direct access to the water. There's also a private storage room where you can store your sports equipment and recharge your bike batteries. You'll find a portable BBQ, gate protection for stairs, a baby bath tub, and a high chair for kids available for your use.

On the first floor, you'll find a bathroom, cozy living room with gas fireplace and Smart TV, and the integrated kitchen with balcony boasts amazing canal views, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or a meal with a view.

The second floor features one double bedroom, two single rooms, and a utility room with a washer machine, heating system, and ventilation equipment.

High Season Policy

During peak season 2026 (July-August), bookings are available only in 7-night blocks, always from Friday to Friday.

Payment Terms

50% of the total amount is due at the time of booking

The remaining 50% is due 3 weeks before your arrival

About Warns

Located in the middle of the Southwest Friesland National Landscape, our village has a population of around 800 people, and it includes the hamlets of Skarl and Laaksum. Warns is a ribbon village that stretches for around 3 kilometers and features six different marinas, making it a popular spot among sailors. The Johan Frisokannal, which is the main inlet channel of Friesland connect the IJsselmeer to the Frisian lakes and our house offers the perfect spot to experience the maritime activity with the canal passing right by our doorstep, providing stunning views and a prime location.

In addition to the boating scene, Warns is also surrounded by picturesque attractions. Two historic towns, Stavoren and Hindeloopen, are only 3 and 7.5 kilometers away, respectively. The sandy beaches of the Ijsselmeer coast are also within easy reach, as is the Rijsterbos forest, a beautiful hiking forest that is famous throughout Friesland.

Warns is an ideal destination for anyone looking to enjoy the great outdoors and experience the unique culture of Friesland.
